If I could give 0 stars for the pharmacy I would. CVS pharmacy manager Michael is so nasty and rude. Why they would make him a manager- who knows. 10/10 do not recommend!

Your automated voice system is not very good. I would suggest to restructure the prompts to talk to a live person earlier in the automated process.

Very short staffed. Usually a line of a dozen customers at pharmacy. Had a shot scheduled one day. Person doing shots that day called in sick and no heads up from CVS beforehand to reschedule.
