We moved to Lewes from Alaska. We had no coastal decor, nor any coastal design knowledge. I feared I would select too matchy matchy or colors that weren’t complementary or too “random”. The day we closed on our home we stopped in looking for Robin Wall, per our builder rep. Robin was extremely pleasant, understanding of our goals, respected our challenges of 4 dogs and offered to put some packages together for us. Within a week she called to show us a kitchen set, living room and bar stools for our open floor plan. The fabrics, styles and colors needed to complement each other and she nailed it!! Robin selected a very mature coastal look that reflected a classy, relaxing style. During the lengthy process of waiting for custom orders she was patient with us, answered all of our questions, and assured us she was pulling it all together! Sure enough! While there are furniture stores with easy quick and maybe even more affordable access and delivery this was worth the wait!! Nothing beats the quality of these pieces that will last a lifetime! And Robin is the one to make your coastal dream house a reality!! The delivery team puts the final touches on your experience with amazing service! 5 star review from the time you walk in the door to the time you’re entertaining and sipping cocktails in your lovely home - a great experience!

Robin Wall has been a delight to work with. We ordered our furniture almost a year before our house was ready because we were advised of COVID supply chain issues. Many of those issues resolved themselves and our furniture was ready far before our house was. No problem. They kept all of our items in storage at no additional fee.Robin even came to our house to accept the delivery were unavailable to be at the house.We’d also like to mention Damian who did a fantastic job installing our window treatments. He explained how everything worked and was very precise in measurements & installation.

This place has such a great selection of fabrics, styles, and designs. You won't find just beige and gray furniture here. Most everything is custom made and does have a wait time of months. However, what you will end up with will be unique to you. Lots of really interesting room decor, as well. ?

We ordered a sectional, coffee table and side table in March 2022. We were assured it would be delivered in November.It's December and we have no furniture and they're telling us maybe January. This is so disappointing, we are hosting family for the holidays with no furniture!

We've had great experiences with this furniture store. Our designer, Eileen, helped us with designing and completely furnishing our beach home remotely during COVID. Eileen listened to our ideas and followed through to create a model-like beach home for us. She met with the builder to ensure her designs matched not only theirs, but also fit in the space. Eileen provided us with options and samples to pick from, all remotely. She came on moving day to oversee the furniture placement and brought extra lamps and accessories to pick from, to complete the look. We have bought more furniture from Creative Concepts because we love their things and it is of great quality. Most recently, we bought patio furniture from them and Eileen again personally ensured its delivery and placement.We love our home, the look, and that it was move in ready. Thanks to Eileen and her wonderful skill in design!

We furnished our vacation home entirely with Creative Concepts. So many lovely things! We worked with TK Novikoff and he designed a beautiful home for us. He was able to take our ideas and create a gorgeous and functional place for us to enjoy and host family and friends. Not only did we get our furniture but he selected lovely accessories to finish the decor. Also, the delivery process was positive. The men were efficient and very helpful

Not to banned someone just because they returned something?? After waiting 10 months (due to covid) for our couch and chair when sitting on the couch it didn’t feel like the same one we sat on in the store. After complaining to two different sales reps- they both suggest to take the back cushions off and jump on them until it flatten in order to make it fit to our needs. I spend $1,700- and questioned why I need to jump on my cushions???? I told the sales rep ( didn’t get her name) the lady who orders furniture for the store located in Delaware to pick the couch which happened at a later time. I was looking at a chair to purchase and the sales rep basically told me not to buy or come back in the store ever!!!! It wasn’t like I was raising or drawing any attention to others in the store (not my style). So when asking her, I can never come back? She said yes to shop somewhere else!!! Banned cuz I complained?????
