At 8:30 this morning, I left my car at Coastal Towing for A/C service and an oil change. My car was ready for pickup in less than 2 hours. Excellent service!

Whoever the woman is who answers the phone, she is rude! Zero customer service and awful. I called to get a price to tow a ‘95 Coachmen Class C RV, gave her all information and she was adamant the tires were dry rotted, because apparently she spoke with someone else inquiring about a price for a ‘95 Coachmen RV. I told her I have pictures I can send, the tires are NOT flat/dry rotted - they are fine. She wouldn’t listen and blew me off and said it would be $750. I knew I was being ripped off and I took my business elsewhere. Paid $350 to get the RV towed and it was a seamless process and a pleasure doing business with this other company. CUSTOMER SERVICE matters! Coastal Towing will never be on my list to call. RIP OFFS!

There’s a woman that works at the front desk, her name is Linda. She’s unprofessional, she’s rude.
But on the other hand, the drivers are very professional, very accommodating.

I have no job Charlie is suing me for over a thousand dollars per Linda stack and say he is keeping my truck and threatening me with giving him a title I don't have that money I don't have a job really nice people smh

Within the past few years we have had to use Coastal to have a vehicle towed. Once as a result of an accident, which one of their own trucks was involved in, and another breakdown. Both times Coastal came through for us. The breakdown occurred late in the day and they responded immediately. They also made the needed repairs to our car and we had it back the next day! The office personel and drivers were very responsive to our needs. We had used them many years ago with another vehicle that had issues. When we found out the car was being recalled due to this problem, they towed it to the dealer for us.
For our money they are the best towing and repair service in the area.

I'm new to the area and have followed my insurance agencies recommendation for trusted auto service.
I stopped in to inquire about a specific repair my car needed and found the office staff and service techs to be knowledgeable, professional and cordial. I then proceeded to schedule the repair within days.
The repair was completed the same day, I was called and informed as to what was replaced and the total cost of the repair.
Based on this experience, I feel that I've found my preferred auto shop and will highly recommend Coastal Towing to my friends.

Very slow at getting anything done and very defensive when you ask them questions. I took my car in for a fuel pump to be replaced costed 700$ and they could not tell me how much the part was nor why it was so expensive. Receptionist is very rude and there is no communication I mean 0 communication between mechanic and resectionist. If you want answer you must ask for the mechanic, the resectionist told me she does not know if I’m allowed to speak with the mechanic. What!!?!? This place seems very shady I dont recommend anyone to go here please save yourself the hassle

They took my car where needed and fast. Gave a nice fair rate and the driver was extremely pleasant. Highly recommend them if your ever in a jam.
