One of my worst new car experiences due to a truly untrustworthy dealership. After collecting my personal information, and my credit application, was advised 2 days later that the unit was transferred and sold by another dealership in the group. As a previous customer of the Preston Group, I did not expect thus kind of gross miscommunication and misrepresentation. Cannot recommend and will not return.

We purchased a Ford Bronco sport and Josh was our salesman. We have nothing but great things to say about him. He made purchasing the vehicle a breeze. We will definitely buy from this dealership again in the future. Also, Gino was extremely helpful as well!

I was in the position to buy a new car unexpectedly. Caleb, our salesperson, went above and beyond to find me the car that I wanted and at a good deal with an acceptable offer for my trade in. He went out of his way to get the car to me and with a positive attitude and smile. If we are shopping for a new car in the future, we will be back.

Initially a rocky experience, but in the end Chris has an amazing team you can trust. Thank you Marshal, Gino, Caleb, and Nick for all pulling together to turn a bad experience into a good one. I appreciate you all and am a customer for life. I highly recommend using this dealership...they work hard to earn your loyalty.
I am a busy business owner and used a concierge service when I went to buy a truck. Boulevard Ford in Lewes came in with the best deal, and my concierge agent said they were top-notch to work with. Caleb was my dealer, and he was really nice and communicative. The negotiation was simple, and I never felt pressured into getting something I didn't want, although my concierge person did most of the prep work, trimming down the deal for me. Everything went smoothly up to signing the papers, which I did on July 2, 2024.
The truck had to come from a different lot, and on the 3rd, Caleb said it would be delivered the next day. However, a few days later, Caleb informed me that something had happened during PDI and they needed to order a part for the truck. Despite my requests for updates, I didn't hear back from him promptly. By the 10th, after more follow-ups, Caleb said he was getting an update on the part, but still didn't provide the details I asked for.
During this time, I also tried calling the service department directly, and they said they didn't see an F250 in their records, which raised my suspicions. After more attempts to get through to the service manager and GM, I finally got a response from Caleb on the 18th, but still no concrete information.
On the 19th, after 17 days of waiting, I contacted the COO, Chris, who was on vacation but immediately called into the dealership. Minutes later, the service supervisor contacted me and explained the issue was with a slipped belt and a damaged sensor. Caleb later informed me that the wrong replacement sensor had been ordered and they had to reorder it.
By the 31st, 29 days after purchasing, Nick, the service supervisor, told me the truck was now throwing timing codes. They offered to replace the entire engine or provide me with a different truck of the same model. I chose the different truck without hesitation. The transfer was done that day, and I finished the paperwork and drove away by the end of the evening.
In the end, after the COO got involved, the communication was flawless. They threw in extra warranties and gave me great deals on coverage. They turned a 2-star experience into a 5-star one by the end of it all. I appreciate Preston, Chris, Gino, Marshall, Caleb, and Nick. They earned a forever customer by staying super professional throughout the whole process, despite the initial lack of communication. I believe this was a fluke and just a series of events that led to them dropping the ball, but they really picked it up and delivered.
