I had my nails done by Sidney and I was her last appt I paid $60 for dip and nail polish change in my toes which would have been a great price. My nails look awful. The nail polish on my toes does not even cover my entire nail. My finger nails were not filed well and are so sharp on the edges. She rushed and I will not return. The salon is beautiful but the service did not match.

My 2nd visit for a pedicure - different person but equal service. So happy to have found this salon - after trying nearly all mani/pedi salons in the area - none of which have been consistently good - I will definitely continue to return here & highly recommend!

I requested a last minute cut and color appointment which they had available the next day. Robin did a great job on my blonde color and some others helped her out as well since my hair is so thick.

Since I was unable to get on the schedule with another salon that I typically visit, I booked an appointment with Tony for a cut and highlights. I had never been to the salon before, and I was a tad nervous, because I have a huge event coming up in one week. Tony totally nailed it. Very impressed with his skills. The only reason I didn't choose 5 stars is because I was there for 4.5 hours because of a minor scheduling hiccup. Also, the decor in the spa is outdated, dark, fake plants. But don't let that deter you. Tony is very talented, and knows what he's doing! I'm very happy.

For three years after moving here, I tried hard to find an expert for my new grey hair and retirement life. I was sick and tired of getting process. after process and dying my hair I decided to go natural.....this was a bit scary. I am so grateful to have found Melissa. She's helped me to transition my hair to natural gray. I trusted her and she is amazing! I can't say enough good things about Melissa I don't usually write things like this, but she deserves it. At the age of 65, I was really sick of coloring my hair. Thirty years of worrying about the health effects of hair chemicals. I feel so relieved and free. If you're thinking about letting your hair color, go natural... try it you'll be pleasantly surprised at what your own body can give you back after all the years of dying your hair lol!

Yesterday I had a 90 minute massage. When I arrived I was greeted by the receptionist with a smile, but once checked in, she turned to the person next to her (who hadn't said a word the whole time) and said "Here you go!". This other person, who I assumed was the massage therapist, never introduced herself. At all. Instead, she led me back to the treatment room. Not once did she ask if I needed to use the restroom on our way back. Once in the treatment room, she beelined for the farthest corner, and with her back turned toward me, asked if there were any areas I want to have focus on. I started to tell her the areas, and before I could finish she cut me off and said "so, basically everywhere..." I said yes, and before I could tell her more, or even ask any questions of my own, she was walking out the door and telling me over her shoulder to get undressed. Once the actual hands on session began, it progressively got worse. The session was choppy, with no flow from one area of the body to the next. Her pressure was nonexistent and there were times that I could even feel her touch. The techniques she was using weren't effective at all and felt like she was just gliding the tips of her fingers along the surface of my skin - she was not manipulating the muscle tissue at all. She spent most of the 90 minutes on my back (not one of the areas I had indicated) and the areas that I had asked for focus, she spent 30 seconds giving whatever rapid-fire BS that was. On top of all of that, she used an exorbitant amount of massage creme, even go far as to put some in my hair when she did a scalp massage (completely unnecessary). When I had booked the session, I had requested a blend of Swedish and Deep Tissue. This session was couldn't even be considered Swedish massage. It was hands down, the absolute WORST MASSAGE I have ever received. At the very least I should have been able to relax, but I could not even close my eyes for the session. Because of that, I saw that SHE SAT 90% OF THE TIME she "worked" on me.As a professional Licensed Massage Therapist, I am appalled at the lack of customer service, the lack of listening, and the sheer audacity of providing a massage that is so far below the bare minimum. I could never in good conscious, provide that bare minimum experience and be satisfied that I had done a good job. It was awful. Just awful.

My daughters love this place. The staff, the decor, the cleanliness. Where else would you rather go? The owner are great. My daughter needed a hair cut same day for a special event and they fit her in last min.Thank YouServices: Haircut

I went in for a pedicure and manicure the person that did that for me was Sam. She seemed OK at first was pedicure was OK manicure was the worst I've ever received. She never trimmed my cuticles when I left my hands look like nothing was ever done. She left me drying in the back, never said she was leaving never came back so when I was done I walked out front and asked for her the gentleman said she was setting up for her next client which was untrue because no one was there she was not there it was very odd I will never go back she didn't even deserve the tip I left. First & last time there!!
