I never like leaving my car with anyone...Never!
But I had a hit and run bumper fender repair on my Red Jeep Wrangler Sahara that I decided to roll the dice and give them a try.
They were the most professional of all the shops I called about 4 or 5.
They dealt directly with insurance and car rental and they came in at the most competitive estimate ...
My car was clean when I picked it up...and it looked better than new/ It wasnt driven meaning no miles were added from when I dropped it and they got the job done within a week...Scheduling was about 2mos out but once my apt day came up I was back in my car by Friday morning
My only recommendation is that Ive noticed many body shops have huge amounts a debris on the ground and I didnt like seeing my car parked around ontop of so much broken car parts but I checked my tires and they were all puncture free.”
“Great experience! I found a nail in my tire. Called them to see when I could get in. The guy was very nice on the phone told me to come in a couple hours. As soon as I arrived they took the car right in, found the nail, and patched it. They didn't try and push a bunch of nonsense extra suggestions on me, and they had me back on the road very quickly. Everyone who I dealt with was very nice. The work was guaranteed and the final cost was totally reasonable. Definitely will use this place again.”
“Within the past few years we have had to use Coastal to have a vehicle towed. Once as a result of an accident, which one of their own trucks was involved in, and another breakdown. Both times Coastal came through for us. The breakdown occurred late in the day and they responded immediately. They also made the needed repairs to our car and we had it back the next day! The office personel and drivers were very responsive to our needs. We had used them many years ago with another vehicle that had issues. When we found out the car was being recalled due to this problem, they towed it to the dealer for us.
For our money they are the best towing and repair service in the area.”

“I was out of town on a work trip and my water pump went out. I called them and they said they could examine the car, but 50/50 whether they were able to fix it that day. After learning i was almost 4 hours from home, they squeezed me in and got the work done for me and got me back on the road the same day. They employees were amazing and really helped me in a bind. There were so many other customers that came in and they knew almost every one. You can tell they really care about their customers and did amazing work for me even though I live far away. I will definitely use their other shops in the future.”

“Great place for an oil change..bought a used car and took it for an oil change and was told my oil drain plug was stripped so they couldn't do the oil change..no charge and gave us a top off on the oil for free..that's honesty...good job jiffy lube!!”
