I recently underwent the process of forming an LLC to be registered in Delaware to do business all over the United States, resident in New York State. My communications with Harvard Business Services Inc., what absolutely clear in both directions, their response was immediate, when I call them they were quietly professional and helpful and, in addition, they explained their pricing and it was entirely fair and reasonable. I shall continue to use them at every opportunity where such performance is required.

Harvard Business Services assisted with the formation of my company back in 2017, as I needed to plan for "what's next". Not only did they do the proverbial "heavy lifting", so I knew things were done correctly, if I ever had a question, I got an answer either within a very short time span or, at latest, the next day. There is a reason why I am a return client. It isn't simply that I'm a serial entrepreneur -- it's also because HBS is simply that good.
