I went here after being disappointed at the nail place next to Fry's. I asked for a pedicure and should have asked for the basic $20 one. after an hour of moisturizing my hands and working on my feet, I suspected I'd been lured into the $35 massage/pedicure and I was correct. but she didn't ask either. there was no massage, my big toenail was bloodied and the polish didn't go all the way to the edge of my nails. I won't go there again.

Did an excellent job on my ingrown toenail and my sisters ankle felt so much better after her reflexology treatment. That bit about garbage bags is ridiculous. They use small plastic bags on your feet and hands to help moisturize them. Great job ladies.

Stylist Daniel Wessels is very talented. He spends time understanding what is wanted and offers suggestions and product tips. His prices are appropriate, conversations are fun and the result fantastic.

I made a yelp account just to review this place and how bad it is!! Firs off, the salon owner was very aggressive and asked me how I knew of the business since only "her clients" know about the place and the place was very very messy and was just a cluster of mess except by the pedicure chairs. She seemed like she didn't even want to deal with me and didn't care about what services she was providing! I went to get the $35 reflexology/pedicure special and it was horrible to the point where I'd rather have just paid her the $35 and left without receiving the rest of the treatment. For the pedicure: The water was cold, the owner left the shop (just her in the shop at the time) to go across the street to get something from here house, there was no massage whatsoever more of just applying lotion and the scrub and rinsing it off! (Yes, it's this bad!!) While cutting my nails, she made me bleed and went really far and cut into my skin! When it came down to the "reflexology" part, she grabbed a wooden handle looking thing and pressed it on my foot and called that "reflexology." Place is a joke and I would only recommend this place to your worst enemy!! Yes, this review is not exaggerated and this place was this bad!!

They let my WIFE walk out of the salon with this!!! They even cut her finger open and didn't do anything or offer her a discount. Do NOT go there !!!

I am very picky and super observant how my nails should look. Being from out of town I did not read the reviews before going which is my fault. They were nice but clearly not alot of experience in detail and providing a clean finish.

I'm from out of town and this salon was withing walking distance. My first impression was that it wasn't the cleanest salon I've ever been in. I was first with Dien (Diane). Let me say that when I walked in I had beautiful, healthy nails, nice strong nails, not paper thin nails. Not anymore. I can bend them now which I couldn't do before. Why? Because she used a dreml tool with with a very coarse grit tip on it. I questioned if she had one that wasn't so rough and I was told she had 30 years experience and that she knew what she was doing. I should have gotten up and walked out that point. I wish I had. Next I got my hands pushed into a bowl of cold acetone and told to soak. I did for about 25 minutes. I got moved to another chair for the remainder of the manicure. Now I've been doing for this a long time but this is the first time that I had one nail at a time done. Paint, into the light thing-y, paint another finger, into the light thing-y. I've always had one hand done at a time and then the next. Nothing wrong with this new way, just seemed time consuming. The end result? Barely acceptable. Polish on my skin, she told me to wash when I go home, color on my nails where it shouldn't be as I had just the tips done, I'm hoping that washes off too. Would I come back here? No.

Such a horrible experience here. One lady who does the pedicures could not be bothered to do a good job. She was super messy with the pedicure and when I asked if she could remove some of the nail polish that was on my skin she made annoyed sighs and acted like it was inconveniencing her. Pedicure was not worth the money. Next, I wanted a gel manicure to match my toes. I kept asking for the matching color to the OPI on my toes, but they kept giving me another brands colors saying "these are better." Like, no, I want the actual corresponding color. But whatever I pick another color. The guy that gets assigned to do my nails is not even paying attention to me. He's watching some video on his phone and not even looking at my nails. That wasn't great. Next he starts to use an instrument to put down my cuticles. He was being so rough and it was hurting so I asked if he could be a little more gentle. He said sorry. Then he was cleaning on the underside of my nail with another instrument and he jammed it under my nail into the skin so hard that it's still hurting. At this point I'm beyond annoyed that I tell him I don't want color anymore just the manicure. I'm also with my mother who's getting the same services and nails look even worse than mine. So we tell the owner about our grievances and she could care less. I get my nails done at other places 2x monthly and know quality work . I came here as part of an outing with my mother. This is the first and last time I will come here. I don't recommend this place at all yo anyone unless you like bad quality work.

Worse nail salon in gallatin. I have been here several times, trying them out. I tried to do dip nails one time- big mistake. They put at least 5+ coats on my nails bc the girl who did it wasn't a regular at it and they tried to fix it but just kept piling it on. I would like to have NEVERRR got that off. Lorddddd
