A friend's vehicle was towed on a Wednesday. On Monday (4/29/24), he went to retrieve his belongings and to see what his options are. The lady told him his vehicle was sent to auction 4 days ago. He had been calling since Thursday, no one was answering the phone, and the office was closed at 3pm each day. He asked which auction and all the lady said was, "I don't know". So unprofessional and of no assistance at all.

This Business needs to be shut down, renewed my tags but was waiting for stickers to come in mail so these mfs towed my car and forced me to pay over 500 to get it out. if you plan to do business with them just throw your money in the wind. ill come get your car for free so you never have to deal with these people.Service: Car towing

They towed my car for expired registration when It was up to date. And now I’m forced to pay them 350 for my car because it didn’t have the new stickers?
