Friendly knowledgeable staff. Great qyality furniture. BUT the lack of honesty concerning the delivery of products that you have ordered and paid for is terrible. I ordered a piece of furniture and was told 6 to 8 weeks for delivery after 9 months of one sided phone calls (9months) the piece was delivered.

Wonderful place to shop for furniture. Great selection. My designer sales person was wonderful in helping me and balancing several other customers. He and the manager tried hard to get a piece I liked online but they were not able to meet the price this time. But ordered two custom pieces from Stickley. Looking forward to more shopping there. I have never been disappointed with their customer service. I appreciate the freedom to look around in the store without being followed. I will be back.

I can't recommend them enough. We bought a beautiful coastal inspired slipcovered sectional off the floor. They had the best quality furnishings in the area and the prices were inline with workmanship. Pat our sales person was friendly and helpful. We had it delivered in one week!!! Ask what is available off the floor......

Purchased custom Stickley furniture pieces, two chairs and a couch with the help of an in-house designer. They came as expected, flawless, and will use them again. This is the only place I know about in the southern Delmarva area that has quality furniture. The staff is helpful without being pushy - nice balance. To save yourself some time, go to Mitchell's first. By the way, the Stickley couch is incredibly comfortable.

The furniture is undoubtedly beautiful. However, many employees were not wearing masks as they walked around the showroom. One of the sales associates who insisted on helping us followed us around and spoke to us with her mask completely pulled down, making us feel very uncomfortable.

What can I say -- Derek and the people at Mitchell's were BEYOND first class. Trying to match a 20 year old piece of furniture wasn't easy -- but the expertise and caring of these people was fantastic and we wound up with a perfect match. Tax free Delaware was a bonus - and the pricing was more than competitive. Their delivery service was the BEST and everyone was helpful and considerate. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them -- this is a first class operation run by a caring and concerned management.
