I started off on the phone thinking about how much I was going to want to probably just hang up. But from the time the guy on the other end picked up he was very polite and courteous he told me that everything was going to be okay today he was going to make sure I got everything I needed and he sure enough did. By the time I was done he walked me through the online steps so that by the time he was done with my phone call all I had to do was go to my storage unit and put my stuff in it.
I just want to give Hearthfire Self Storage a big thank you for allowing me to be one of your proud customers. Thank you everyone and have a blessed day

Not a bad facility. The prices are good compared to other places in the area. Renting the unit on the website was a breeze. And the monthly payments are quick and easy. My only complaints would be the foundation of the units is a bit high which made it awkward to get heavier items in. This is understandable though if that area is prone to flooding. Also some of my furniture has mold on it. These items are closer to the front of the unit so the door may not seal well enough. Luckily it's wood so it should clean easily.

We initially experienced a few issues with our new rental and spent over a week seeking resolution. Our calls were always answered by very friendly customer service representatives. After ongoing persistence, our issues were resolved WELL BEYOND our expectations!!
