“Nobody really 'likes' to have to pay for repairs on their vehicle(s), but I can say that 4 Points Automotive is a God-send when you're in need for fast, professional, and effective service. It was funny, because my first encounter with 4 Points Automotive was when two other garages refused to work on my car because of its age (it's a 2000 sports car), but 4 Points never even hesitated to bring me in the very next day. Within a day, I had my AC compressor and oil sending unit fixed and I have had no issues with either of those two things since then :)
Then, fast forward to a couple/three months ago, both my vehicle and my sister's SUV broke at the same time. 4 Points, once again, came to the rescue. They had both my car and my sister's SUV diagnosed and/or up and running within a day or two. These people are the real deal - great prices, effective service, friendly (even though I know that they don't have a particularly easy job), and they are all-around nice people to deal with. The fact that they are willing and able to repair darn-near any make, model, or year of vehicle, is just the "icing on the cake", so to speak.
I would highly recommend 4 Points to anyone who is in need of auto service for their vehicle, regardless of if it's a major repair or if it's just routine maintenance.

“Yesterday, as I was going over Mispillion bridge my car started making a loud thumping noise. I thought it was my tire so I pulled into Gilbert’s tires. Went inside and they had my car back on the lift within minutes. It was not my tires but bolts had come out of a flap on the front of my car. They put bolts in it and also put air in my tires because he saw the low tire pressure light was on. 15 minutes and I was back on the road. It’s a good feeling when you have a hometown business that is honest and you can trust. No price gouging here. We do all of our business here for tires and oil changes. We are thankful for you. “I have been a customer for 20 years with misstate fuel. They are great. Terry the office manager is a sweetheart. She has always made me feel like a priority and worked with us in hard times as we all know fuel isn't getting any cheaper!! Best price around. I spoke to a gentleman recently that said he paid over $6 per gallon when I had paid about $5.79. every penny saved counts when your paying per gallon it adds up. “Similar to another review, I'm a shade tree guy but some stuff I do not have time for or the ability to do at home. And some stuff is out of my wheel house. Thats where Bobby and One Stop come in. Excellent service, excellent pricing.
Years ago we had a issue with electrical on my wife's vehicle, Bobby could have upsold me or said they could do something they couldnt. He shot me straight that it was best to get rid of it then deal with the headaches and expenses it was about to cost us. They have been my go to ever since.
They are also our go to for emergencies when we need a tow or transport. Just all around great people and great company. Highly, highly recommend!”

“WOMEN BEWARE!Got an oil change that comes with point inspections and a tire rotation.They gave me a oil change and no tire rotation or inspections . They did offer to do it once I called about it. I decided not to go back because the trust was gone. Will probably not be back to this location.Update: 6/5/2024- went for an oil change. Got one and was please that they got me in there earlier than my appointment. I was out in less than an hour. Nice staff. Liked this experience so much better than my first visit.”

“My wife popped a tire on her car, i had a new tire just needed the rim put on. I took it over and he had it on in 10 minutes. He did it free of charge so that was greatly appreciated. The guys at Abe’s are old-school honest and the main man( Wayne) made my dads trailer accessible to his needs for much lower than couches or other tv places around Delaware. “Highly recommend 1st stop Mechanic shop. Great people with better prices than other mechanics. He takes pride in his work. He will tell you if you don’t need certain work done so you don’t waste money on an improper diagnosis from another mechanic. Got me on the schedule fast within a couple days and didn’t reschedule me or hold my vehicle like other mechanics in the area do. Very fast, honest, and reliable work.
