Terrible bank and horrible customer service! Do yourself a favor don't bank with wells

The bank manager never returns calls or is on vacation. There is apparently only one person who knows anything at this branch. And after receiving a credit card in the mail a few years ago which I never applied for it makes me wonder why anyone trusts this bank with their money.
