Made a 12:15pm appointment for the flu vaccine, completed all paperwork at home online. I showed up at 12:00pm and was directed to wait in line by the pharmacist. I waited for about 10 minutes, until technician took my insurance, returned the card and told me to wait for the papers. Meanwhile a few minutes later, another woman shows up 12:20 for a 12:15 appointment which she had scheduled for a different location. She is given paperwork to complete and told that they would try to fit her in. About 12:30, she's getting her vaccine and I'm still waiting. I canceled about 12:35 and will never visit this store again.

TLDR - save your time and get your meds at limestone roadThis Pharmacy needs to get a grip. There is no communication between staff or consistent policies. Ultimately what’s worse is there general lack of knowledge (even the pharmacists clearly haven’t continued there training and learning… as if new medications don’t come to market)

Made an appointment online for Covid vaccination which was confirmed by a text message sent by Walgreens. When I showed up 45 minutes later I was told they were out of the vaccine... Waste of time

Other Walgreens did not have medication in STOCK, this store stepped to the plate and backed ogletown road store filling my order.. great teamwork by both Walgreens.. great staff both stores 1 team

Pharmacy is a nightmare. Onlyopen outside of hours that for people who work 9-5 is a pain to get to (Doesn't open until 9:30 and closes at 6 on weekdays, closed on weekends) half the time will not have something and will not take any effort to help transfer itsomewhere local. Just ridiculous. Poorly staffed. They should just shut it down at this point. Will only go Limestone Rd at this point.

I'm hoping they resume the former hours. Picking up a prescription is a challenge if you work normal hours. Thinking of moving on to Acme Savon purely for the ability to pick up a prescription.

I was doing a lesson with a student who has visual impairment (I am after all, a teacher of the visually impaired) about how to self advocate for employees to find her desired products. The staff was quite helpful in responding to my student's questions and guiding her through the checkout process. I want to give a huge shout-out to Latalia the beauty consultant, and Peggy the manager in training.

Love Walgreens. Always has everything I need. Especially last minute items. Their reward program is easy & I save alot of money. Their sales are great too! Always has something on sale. Staff is always nice & always helps when you need it. Im there at least twice a week. Im addicted!!
