Hard to believe they stopped honoring military discount. They also overcharged me on the buy one get one vitamins. Do not choose this Walgreens.

I needed photos reprinted and used the app to have them done. But I am blind and sent the wrong pictures. And I needed help to fix my mess. Mel stepped in and was kind, patient, helpful and represented Walgreens in the best possible way. I hope she is treated as the valuable asset she is.Thank you, Mel.

I had a 9:00 am appointment for my second shingles shot. I arrived a few minutes early and waited until they opened. The person behind the counter waited on me. Since I had filled out the authorization form online at home, the process was quick. Then I sat waiting for 25 minutes. The frustrating thing was that in those 25 minutes, they only had one customer pick up a prescription. There was no one else getting a shot. From now on, I will go to the other local Walgreens for any shots.

They don't seem to be taking safety seriously. 1 of 4 observed employees were wearing masks correctly.

Waited 45 minutes for a prescription to be filled.... and then all I got was 3 pills. At least the pharmacy people there seem friendlier than the ones at Brackenville.

It seems that things have improved at this Walgreens. I have found the store well stocked and the staff very helpful -- and a serious "thank you" for the HELP button in photo. Appreciate not sitting there getting frustrated trying to make copies, etc of photos. I'm a senior and moved to DE from NH a year ago. State laws vary greatly for getting prescriptions filled and refilled; something I'd never thought about since the motto of NH is "live free or die". They mean it. A prescription I could hold on to for six months there had to be filled within seven days in DE. There are two Walgreens nearer to me than Hockessin, but they were the ones willing to go the extra mile, make calls to doctors offices back home and have been extremely patient with questions and problems. Yes, the pharmacy is busy at times but I don't equate that with inefficiency. Well worth driving a few extra miles further not to be told as I was at the closest Walgreens to me "take this back to New Hampshire and get it filled". The Hockessin pharmacists were understanding and did much to help me transition to DE. Thank you!
