It was moderately busy, but wait time was just about a minute. A friendly associate guided me to a selection, and I found a nice leather strap that fit the aesthetic. They even swapped the silver buckle for gold to match the watch! Took just a few minutes and I was so happy with the result! Will definitely be coming back to this shop. They were nice to me and so conversational! 10/10”

“Back in March of this year, I came across Van Scoy while looking up jewelry stores for engagement rings and gave them a call. I spoke with Parker on the phone and he extremely friendly and I explained to him that I was interested in purchasing an engagement ring for my girlfriend but didn’t know much. He told me to come in and I did the same day and Parker sat with me for almost an hour explaining every detail of what goes into an engagement ring. I had an idea of what she wanted so I was able to show Parker and he worked his magic trying to find the perfect match. He ordered several other diamonds for me to see a few days later. It took about 3 weeks for the ring to be sent out and made. I proposed to my now fiancé a week ago while we were on our vacation and the ring is so incredibly beautiful. I dealt with Parker and Mrs. Van Scoy and they made a stressful process, literally the easiest. Thank you so much for all our you help and getting the perfect ring made for my fiance! “Great jewelers! Took a watch in that needed a spring bar inserted into the strap (one had fallen out) and also to replace the battery. The lady working there quickly took the watch, replaced the battery, put a new spring bar in to fix the strap, reset the time and I was on my way in less than ten minutes! Great service. On a side note, lots of lovely jewelry pieces in the store. Highly recommend!”

“I've known the Stein family for years. My mom's engagement ring came from Jimmy and both of my brother's purchased their engagement rings from Jimmy as well. Most recently I got to work with Edward on a special, unique purchase. Thankfully through the use of technology, social media, and a long history of trusting Stuart Kingston, I was able to buy the ring of my dreams. Edward walked/talked me and my mom (she in Delaware and I in Boston) through the purchase of a spectacular ring that I first saw on their Instagram page! Living in Boston (with an ongoing global pandemic) it was not exactly easy to pop down to Delaware and try on the ring. That's where Edward and Jimmy are so great. My mom was able to stop by, see the ring in person while on FaceTime with me, while Edward educated me about the stone and it's history. In less than 24 hours the ring was mine! A few weeks later it had been sized, delivered, and was on my finger. Knowing Edward and trusting in Stuart Kingston, made buying my ring (literally unseen in person) an amazing and exciting experience. “I had some earrings custom made in 10kt gold. I could not find my Guage earring in gold anywhere. I left one of my earrings with them for a model. They stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. They sent me a copy of the design from the model earring i left, using a designing software beforehand to confirm that everything was correct. I am extremely happy with the turnout. The whole process was complete within a couple of weeks, and they never never strayed from the original price i was told. Very professional and great prices.
