“Car wouldn’t start
AAA towed it to KS Automotive and they started working on it straight away giving frequent progress reports.
The problem included resetting the computer addressing and replacing a neglected filter for the hybrid batteries and also the starter battery itself.
The car was fixed and checked and I picked it up within 24 hours.

“Overall, my experience was very quick, easy, and as painless as buying a new vehicle can be. Sanaa was very helpful and the manager was also forthcoming with information when asked. The one thing I wished could have been better was knowing more about the specific pieces of paperwork that we had to sign. I’ve been through this process before, but we were buying for someone who’s never had their own vehicle before and they felt like they were just roped along without fully understanding the process. A new buyer may prefer more handholding. Otherwise, I will definitely consider CARMART, specifically this location, in the future.”

“I took my wife’s car to replace all 4 tires in spring of 2024. Got done same day. Had no problem driving ever since but my wife ran over a nail so I had to take her car to fix her back tire. Made an appointment for early morning. 20 minutes later it was done. Great work. Thank you. I will be bringing my personal car next time to replace my tires when time comes. If you have a problem with your tires definitely check them out and bring your car here, they will take good care of it.”

Told me brakes were good for another 7500 miles and didn’t charge for the clips

“I went to the shop for an A/C issue. My explanation of issue wasn’t as clear as I thought and I was given the steps to have my A/C unit checked. After explaining again in greater detail and offering my opinion as to the possible issue, I was able to have my vehicle serviced. They followed up with my warranty company to verify if it was actually covered annnnddddddddddd of course it wasn’t. “Just had yet another outstanding experience at Osborne's Auto Repair. My SUV (Ford Expedition) broke down on side of the road late afternoon last week. Luckily Osborne's was still open. Ed drove out after hours to check the issue. I had the vehicle towed to his shop. He had a spare at his shop of the broken part on my SUV and replaced it. He did not charge me for the part. I was embarrassed how little he charged me for this service but have to say I was not shocked. This is typical and ordinary service at Osborne's Auto Repair.
