Incredible customer service. I wanted an engraved bracelet which would not have arrived in time from their supplier. They were able to order the pieces, assemble, and egrave it in the store even during a week with snowy weather and a holiday for half the price and a day early! I will be using Anemoni for all my future jewelry needs.

I have had a few services done here as well as bought some sterling silver jewelry as well. The staff are all helpful and I think the prices are reasonable. Great turnaround time for sizing my engagement ring. I recommend this business and will continue to go back here!

Excellent service and quality repair! The staff were very welcoming and hospitable. My wedding band had been previously repaired in a former store across the road. It was again in need of repair. The ring has a rose gold core and silver insert. The insert was not completely tacked down in the previous repair and was starting to slip over one side worn down from years of weight training with it on. I was sure because of the way the ring was worn the entire core would need to be replaced. Ben assured me he could make the repair and the insert would never move. He did a fabulous job with the repair and polished the ring so it looks completely new. I could not be more pleased with the outcome.

I haven’t been able to wear my wedding rings since I injured my finger 6 months ago. I finally decided to get them resized. I am so glad that I did!!! The jeweler did a Fabulous job!!! My rings now fit perfectly and are sparkling. I wasn’t sure about leaving my jewelry at just any jewelry store for repair. I am so happy to have found a great jeweler right here in Hockessin!!!

If you want to repair your jewelry, please don’t go to this jewelry shop, the worst experience I have ever had in my life!!1- promises to repair your jewelry in A week, but you will get a call in 6 months!2- the guy is very careless and disrespectful!!!3- $10 repair changes to $254- $25 changes to $455- $15 changes to $30At the end with all your repair expenses you can buy a gold set!!!Excuse me it doesn’t deserve 4 stars it deserves—0 stars !!!!

I needed someone to help me replace a battery in a Huawei watch. No luck in over a year. Hearing my frustration my daughter suggested that I stop and see the jeweler at Anemoni's. That turned out to be great advice. My battery was replaceed in record time for 10 bucks! And, Hauwei batteries are not drop in style. They require skill way beyond the average repair person.

I had a Huawei watvh with a dead battery and I searched for over a year to find some place that would help me to get the battery replaced. No luck. I was ready to give up. However, during a lunch visit with my daughter I mentioned my frustration with my very expensive, non-functioning watch. To my very good fortune my daughter advised me to stop by her favorite jewelry store and show my watch to the owner of Anemoni Jewelers. WOW! What an amazing experience. When I finished telling my sad story the jeweler asked to see the watch and requested permission to examine the watch. Of course I said Ok. He then proceeded to disassemble the watch with care and skill. He soon found the problem, a ballooned, defective battery. Removal of the battery was difficult but successful. The jeweler then used my previously purchased battery to finish the job. Unfortunately my previously purchased battery was dead, having set too long unattended. So, I have now ordered a new battery and the jeweler has cheerfully offered to install it as soon as it arrives. Finally, if you can believe it, the jeweler charged me only $10 for his work. So, guess who my favorite jeweler is now? Anemoni Jewelers in Hockessin, DE!

I had been searching for a jeweler that had some nice boutique designers in their inventory for a gift for my adult daughter. The ladies were very helpful in guiding me to some local New York artists and I found the selection to be fantastic. I just moved back to the area after 10 years away and was looking for a jeweler to use as my go to. I had some questions on resizing of some antique jewelry and evaluating whether or not sizing was possible et cetera. The engagement ring was unsizable and actually broken but the wedding band is. I don't want to go into details here but Ben and his team were able to help me design, manufacture and turn around a beautiful piece of jewelry in a very short period of time. I found them trustworthy reasonably priced and knowledgeable. Just as in FYI, I was in the store when the person who just left a one star review was in. That is not how it went down. Ben was concerned and the ladies tried to be helpful, but the customer was unconsolable. She was actually a bully know it all. I had such a good experience that they are now working on a separate project for me.
