Incredible customer service. I wanted an engraved bracelet which would not have arrived in time from their supplier. They were able to order the pieces, assemble, and egrave it in the store even during a week with snowy weather and a holiday for half the price and a day early! I have had a few services done here as well as bought some sterling silver jewelry as well. The staff are all helpful and I think the prices are reasonable. Great turnaround time for sizing my engagement ring. I recommend this business and will continue to go back here!
