We just moved in and today got a little note left for us in our mailbox. We replaced our mailbox and pole because it was broken and old when we moved here. On the mailbox had listed ONLY on one side the numbers. That is exactly what my husband and I did when we got the new mailbox. Evidently this is wrong. Some people on our street have them on both sides and some do not. Some numbers are old and can barely be seen. But, we got a letter saying we now have to add numbers to the other side as well. We’ll be ordering MORE numbers. We may not get our mail if we do not comply-as we read below. Whomever could’ve just came to the door and spoke to us. No need to make us feel like HOA ‘jerks’.

I came into this post office and they gave me keys, telling me that they would replace the lock on my mailbox this past Monday. It’s already Friday and they still haven’t done it yet. Disappointed with their lack of service.

Put 10 letters in mail box in the Harrington PO on 5 Oct and not one has reached the destination and funny thing is one was to WSFS across street and I realise it needs to go to the regional sort first but ts 23 days later. That's why people are getting over due chages. Fix something in this process USPS. Unacceptable in all areas of delivery support to your home town residents

Terrible!!! I NEVER get my packages delivered the day it says out for delivery!!!!! Also, they NEVER leave the key in my mailbox to get my package and I literally have to wait until I see the mail person dropping off mail!!! Nothing but problems the last several packages!!! Ughh downhill..........

Mostly it's the same as all other post offices. I rated it low because lying to cover your delivery mistake then trying to blame the customer is pretty low and not acceptable.

For the first time I am disappointed in this location. I have taken packages to this location several times to return them to a store they were purchased from, but this is the first time I have been refused service because I did not have my package taped. The gentleman that I usually see there tapes my boxes with no problem. So, I had to carry my package back out and drive to Dollar General to buy packaging tape when the post office has endless amounts. I've been given scotch tape for my envelopes before but with this new employee, I better keep a supply of scotch tape and packaging tape in my vehicle.

This post office seems to have a problem handling packages. I've recieve mail that is opened or have not recieved mail at all from places that I knew mail was sent from. My husband recently recieved a package that someone opened and took items out of from this post office. Whoever it was took the time to reseal it, so either someone is a thief at the post office or they delievered it to someone who was not honest to start with and then it got sent to here. My husband took the package to the post office and they told him there was nothing they could do because the package wasn't sealed. How are you suppose to know if you got everything if you don't open it? Obviously there are a bunch of idiots working there
