My husband's Chemo medication is on a truck in Harrington. It was suppose to be delivered today, but driver was late to facility and the drug was not picked up. Women on phone told us we couldn't come pick it up because she couldn't open truck. We would have to wait until next business day to get his meds which is Monday. Today is Friday. This is unacceptable as this drug, Zytega, is supposed to be kept at room temperature and is a very expensive medication.

I received an opened package on yesterday's delivered by UPS it is the holiday season so be careful having item's delivered instead pick up or go through Amazon. I've never had a problem in the past so I am surprised by the incident it could have been the driver. I always have packages delivered and left on my door. The neighbors watch out for each other and even pick up each others packages.i called the store but got a run around with the automated service. I will try again on the next business day but the hassle isn't worth it.

Ups has been absolutely horrible over the last few years ? my packages never come on time anymore they just drop my things off in my driveway instead of putting on my porch customer service representatives are not trained properly on customer service or their business for that matter. Communication is definitely not there. If I am given a option I will take FedEx or usps over ups anytime I'd even take Amazon delivery over ups.

Ordered package been outside two hours said they attempted to deliver no one was home was supposed to be delivered before 7pm says on app attempted delivery 738 pm so I’m guessing the driver didn’t wanna stop and went home cuz they never came to my home or down my road. Now who knows where the package will be or how many days to get was suppose to be expedited and can’t even get a customer service person on phone.

Drivers I now fee your pain. Used to put my blame towards the drivers for late, damaged, misrouted packages. But after dealing with UPS management at this facility, it’s no wonder packages arrive as they do.

2wks in a row my packages have not been delivered at the time I was given. I have been watching the driver since you can follow the driver online and he has been sitting at a house for well over 10min now. My packages were supposed to be delivered between 11-3 and nothing.

Ordered a phone from Verizon, I called when I realized the package was a few days late. Turns out it was stolen from their depot in Harrington DE. I’m sure they do thorough background checks lol

You need better hours 3:30 to 6:30 for the public is not enough you need to open in the morning for people that need packages especially medical equipment that needs to go out to be able to drop it off

Lady behind the counter was very helpful and nice. A lot faster and cheaper sending from here than the store in Camden.

It would be nice if you could talk to an actual person when you cant track your order but i guess you just never get your package or an explanation or assistance. FEDEX for now on for sure

Automated hiring process is flawed at best. 5 emails and 4 texts that I'm supposed to start today. Show up early, get told I'm not on the list and to call back. Thanks for wasting my time money and gas.

The lady who took care of my return items to Amazon was very kind, very efficient and super professional!!! She also kept her cool when dealing with a very rude and angry customer and label printing equipment failure. She is definitely an asset to the Harrington, Delaware UPS Customer Center!
