Communicating with the pharmacy in Harrington, DE is almost impossible. This is the fifth day I have been trying to get my prescription refilled. Thursday and Friday their phone wasn't working (and not the first time this has been a problem). I was frustrated enough to call your corporate office. After several attempts on Saturday I was able to get through to the phone order system and requested the prescription be available for pickup on Sunday. Not having heard anything, today (Monday) I tried calling again, but once more the phone is not working. I called another RiteAid hoping to have the prescription transfered, but was told the one in Harrington is "working on it". Last time I had this refilled it took them four or five days to get it. I'm down to my last two tablets.

Hands down the pharmacists both of them are amazing. They always get my medicine ready right away for me and my kids. Tonight the one working stood up for my child when a grown man was acting crazy over oxycotton. He was amazing and has alot of patience the way that crazy man was acting over pills. The things they have to put up with are ridiculous.

This has single handedly been the worst pharmacist experience of my life. The pharmacy is always behind, rude, under prepared, understaffed and never understanding when it comes to my and my family's medicine. About 9 months ago they stopped doing drive thru completely during most of all days so I have to walk in literally Everytime. I can tell you I am not happy with the service, the new employees, the lack of care, the lack of training, and the lack of management. If you ever have things to do, NEVER count on these guys being on time. They will let you down literally every time. Went there today to pickup two of our prescriptions being told they only had one, only to come home, call back, and them to say they can have it ready. Boulderdash. Y'all need some help.

The staff is very friendly although they seem to be short staffed in the pharmacy the last few months. I think the pharmacist does a great job and is always helpful and pleasant.

Rarely answer the phone. You have to call several times to get a prescription filled. Constantly following up to ensure they fill it and you can get it. Drive thru almost never open. Most of the time when I come in for my prescription that they have said is ready- it's not. Prepare to wait and don't expect to talk to them over the phone.

I have zero clue why they replaced the pharmacist with someone who 1. Always has drive thru closed. Always. Went there with NO people in line, still wanted me to go in. 2. Never fills medication on time.Consistently late refills or I have to call to get it done. 3. Customer service call center SUCKS. They never call back and NEVER follow up. 4. Went there to pick up meds, was told the full price instead of telling me insurance was not applied. Thank Goodness my insurance has CVS mail service! I switched!! Rite Aid used to be so good!

I have tried to call the pharmacy and the store several times this afternoon and evening but no one answers the phone. I have to take an injection every Tuesday. I ordered my medication last week and was notified it was out of stock. Due to take injection today and no updates and no prescription.

Horrible place Harrington location. Incompetent arrogant n rude runs out of medication closes the pharmacy bc they have no staff. So now I have a daily medication I can’t get filled till they have staff to open. I was told I’d have to wait till at least Tuesday. I can’t even transfer it to another rite aid due to the fact is a controlled substance. No warning they would be closed. I do not recommend using this pharmacy

Called in to refill prescription went in to pick it up drive through was closed due to staffing shortage. Went into store was told that it was filled by corporate and would not be ready for 24 hours. They neglected to tell me that when I signed up for automatic refills
