We had an appointment on 03/07/2023. I work in wilm. Got a call that agent was sick. Need to reschedule. So was rescheduled for 03/14/2023. Got a reminder both times for the appointments. Got a call an hour before appointment that sorry already have an appointment for that time. Need to reschedule. No I don’t think so. We will find someone else to do our taxes. We wanted to get them done local. We live in Harrington but I guess we will go back to Milford. Very upsetting when you leave work early and get a call just before the appointment time to cancel once again.

A year after 2021taxes were filed, I still have not received refund. Taxes were filed wrong according to state taxes. Manager was notified back in November and still no refund.

I have been going to them for years .They are extremely very excellent at their jobs. Had no problem with them and very friendly and outgoing. They always explain everything to you even the smallest details. Very excellent services.

I have worked with Cynthia for several years now. She knows and understands my situation and makes filing my taxes as simple and easy as possible. All I have to do is get my stuff together and drop it off at her office and she calls me in a week or 10 days and they are done. She knows if something important is missing and contacts me.
