“Perfect location for anything going on at Delaware State Fair grounds. Very clean room. Friendly staff. Hot breakfast was very good. Bed was super comfortable. Only negative is the selection of channels on the tv. Only about 34 channels. Dod have HBO.”

“It's very peaceful. I enjoyed staying here and Diane that runs the place was very kind. Only one down fall. I could hear the neighbors. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to bring a white noise machine. I would stay here again.”
