TLDR: Fantastic customer service and fantastic work on the repair. 1000% recommend for your repair needs.
I got my phone screen replaced at the Harrington location of Fix Ur Crack. Everything went smoothly and the screen looks and works great.
The repair took under 2 hours. The technicians I interacted with were very friendly and professional.
This was my first screen replacement. They took the time to explain the process and what to expect. This place is a real gem for our community.

Love the services at fix my crack. Friendly worker and it doesn’t cost an arm or a leg to fix a phone screen. Do you guys fix a Samsung galaxy that has a broken light underneath the screen? My phone screen it’s self doesn’t have cracks in it

I am so happy. I dropped my phone one too many times and today I really did it. I accidentally dropped it and when I picked my phone up there were lines of color and black circles on my phone. My phone started opening apps and calling people on its own. It got to the point where I couldn’t even unlock my phone. I arrived about 535 to the store and they said if I could wait around they could have it done by closing which is at 6p. And they surely did have it fixed. Just like my last visit the employees were very nice and prompt. This is my new place because my son and I have butterfingers.

Went in and got my phone fixed within 25-30 mins, best customer service i’ve seen! Quinn did a great job, and was very friendly! I would definitely recommend for any phone problems!!

Great fast quality service employees are amazing it only took an hour to fix my screen that was completely cracked to the point where I couldn't answer calls text or anything highly recommend if your in Harrington or Dover Delaware

I do not recommend. They are good at what they do, they provide a bare minimum solution that comes with planted issues to bring you back in to spend more money. Good trick guys! Shame on you and your business ethics. They charged me $140 for a new screen and install. At pickup the employee showed it turned on and that screen was responsive. I left and drove 15mins home handed it to my wife and the screen turned on but would not swipe to open to show passcode entry. My wife said that the screen is thicker, it protrudes higher off the phone than the original. So I took the phone back the next day and the employee sweated a second, apologized and did a hard reset. It worked. Then he stated that if I have anymore issues bring it back and they will replace the screen under its 30 day warranty. So when it happened again I called and he said bring it in. So I did a hard reset 4 times in between them resting it and me bringing it back. I brought it in and they said they would replace the screen under warranty. I call them about 4 days later and the employee says the Owner said they won't cover it under warranty and they will replace the screen for $85, cost of the parts. Due to a tiny nick in the edge of the screen...how convenient... The problem started within 20mins of receiving the phone back. I even asked for the owner to call me and discuss the matter. Never called to speak with me. So I paid $140 to have a phone with a nick in a generic screen and it needs a hard reset at least once a day to function. It's sad to see a small business dishonor its own word,spoken and written for money. This company is not for it's community. I own a small business and I honor and respect my Sussex County community and my customers.
