I needed a tube put in my mower tire. The administrative staff waited on me as soon as I walked in. They were very friendly. It was finished and I was out of there in 15 minutes. It only cost $20. Fantastic service and price.

My friends brother went there yesterday evening. And had his tire changed and he’s going down the road and his lugs nuts were coming off bc they didn’t tighten them up. So he had to go to auto zone to get a tool to tighten them. He’s too nice to call about it. But I’m not. I’m reviewing away. I know what tire place to NOT go to!

Had a set of 4 tires replaced here. A week later I had a nail in my sidewall. Thankfully I got the extended warranty and cooks ? honored it. Only had to pay a nominal fee for the warranty on the new tire.

Worse service we've ever received. Appt was at 8am, yet the doors weren't even open. We were the first person that arrived yet they serviced several vehicles before even greeting us. They put on a new tire and did an oil change. When we got into the truck the radio system was on a different channel and the entire system was nothing but static. When we questioned it they claimed that they didn't touch anything. We received a notification that our reader was removed for 9 minutes. So obviously they touched something.

I wish I could give 10 stars, because this place saved me so much money and stress. Came to Delaware from Virginia and caught a flat on the way in. Needed 4 new tires because I have a Subaru (Suuby owners understand) and needed to leave that day to head to Tennessee. No one in Milford had my tires in stock, overpriced or delivered on time. So I looked into Harrington. COOKS CAME THROUGH! In one phone call my stress was gone, I had tires delivered by 3pm and was back on the road that same day by 530. Customer service was friendly and courteous, tire service quick and on point. I saved so much on my tires I will be driving back from Virginia from now on to get my tires from Cooks! Appreciating y'all from Tennessee, the tires made the trip so much easier!

While traveling from NC to Massachusetts, we realized we had a bad tire. Stopped at Cook’s and they hooked us up right away at a great price. Everyone was super nice. 10 out of 10 recommend Cook’s!

I took my truck into cook’s in Harrington to have the front end alignment done and they took the truck in the shop and 4 minutes later backing it back out and then cam to tell me that the tie rode were crossed threaded witch was just replaced a day prior to going there and that the lower ball joint’s were bad witch also were replaced and changed 45 dollars to do nothing so I took the truck to Mr.tire to have it done and they had no problems and were nothing but good and told them what cook’s did and the guys at Mr.tire said that cooks is a bad place and that they are not trustworthy witch it true so DO NOT GO THERE

Took my car in to get 4 new tires at 216 a piece and a tire alignment. The tires are fine, great tires...BUT when I picked up my car I noticed my new tires and rims were dirty with grease and what looked to be scratch marks so I took my car to a car wash rinsed off the tires and rims then noticed scratch marks on my rims that were NOT there before on three of my rims. I'm pretty serious when it comes to keeping my car/tires/rims clean and these scratches weren't on my rims when I dropped it off here and it looks to be done by a machine or tool used in removing the tires. So yeah a little bummed, just bringing it to Cooks attention, not sure if it's a machine/ tool issue, the mechanic, or what. Otherwise the tires themselves are great and staff at the desk great, just not the scratches on the rims. You work hard to buy a vechicle and to keep it in good condition and someone does that, not good service.

The two ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful! My father is handicapped, so they accommodated him and treated him with such kindness. Thank you to the guy who put my 4, brand new tires on! We didn’t wait very long at all.
