I would give them no stars, but the computer makes you pick at least one. I ordered two saddle bags and the don't even fit over the horn. Why would you be selling something that doesn't work from the beginning. I feel ripped off losing money on the shipping which was $10.

Customer service give incorrect info on your order! Very unorganized and can't seem to get the order correct and tell you your order has shipped but is still in the wear house. My Order has been sitting at there wear house for over 10 days! My order was not even correct and no one knows why? but my cc was charged as if it was shipped.

I’ve never been to the store but I’ve ordered from the website and shipping is getting slower each time. No free shipping like most other online tack shops offer when placing a large order. They sell mostly low-end tack only and most of it isn’t worth even the low cost but you can occasionally find some good deals on discontinued colors and styles from brands like Weatherbeeta and Weaver.

The staff are super nice people. You can go in with a list of 10 things on your phone, and they'll go to the warehouse and get it all with no complaints. Some of the reviews sound like the person has a personal problem with a staff member, and that shouldn't be made private, take it up with them outside of store hours. It's juvenile to not keep a private matter private. I've bought 2 saddles from here, an endurance that I use for trails and a dressage saddle that my saddle fitter loved for my horse. And as long as you have a receipt, returns/exchanges are no problem.

I drove here from over an hour away because I had been looking at the website and liked the selection they had, so I wanted to go to the store and look around in person I was excited to explore this store that I had never been to however my excitement was cut short as soon as we walked in. The staff members were rude and unfriendly, we walked around for a short while until I asked a staff member a question on whether they had a blanket I wanted to purchase in other sizes. The staff member ignored me at first until i said it again then she turned to me looking annoyed and said we are closing soon i’m not helping you (they still had a fair bit of time before they closed it was only around 4:30-4:40) then proceeded to tell me to look for it online, after that we took our things and paid we left. we will not be coming back to this store I would rather pay for the shipping and order the things online then to deal with unfriendly and rude workers that don’t want to help. Not to mention there was also a giant spider behind a blanket I moved, and the store could use a good cleaning in the horse isles, most of the merchandise is pretty dirty or stained (they even have things discounted for being dirty and stained )

I ordered 3 fly masks for my donkeys and horse. It said I would have them in 5 to 7 business days. 7 business days later they hadn't even processed. I wrote. They said they would ship them right away. 5 days later 2 of them arrived. No explanation as to why I didn't get the 3rd. I wasn't charged but a simple email saying why would of been nice. With the shipping and how long it takes, it's a no for me shopping there again.

The staff is great there. What I wanted wasn't out on the rack. They looked it up for me and had it in the warehouse. Someone had it to me in less than 10 minutes. Great experience. Worth the drive down state for a quality product and service

Backstory: My horse put on so much muscle, his saddle no longer fit, and I had to rush to get a new saddle before an event the following weekend. After talking with my saddle fitter, we determined a very specific saddle would fit him best.Because I had such good experiences in the past when visiting their physical store location, I decided to order from Chick's Saddlery. I got the expedited shipping for a saddle, and before processing the order, they let me know that the saddle is shipping from the manufacturer and not from them, so they didn't have control over the arrival date. They didn't process the order knowing that; they made the extra effort to talk to me first and make sure I still wanted the saddle. Not only did they email me, they called me to make sure I got the email. They also refunded me the extra money expedited shipping. They told me the earliest I'd get it was likely the following Thursday (I had placed my order on a Friday). I don't know what they did--but my some MIRACLE I got my saddle two days before the expected delivery date!!This company went above and BEYOND from start to finish. THANK YOU!!!
