I have used PTE for 4years with two different boats.They will help you with any problems. I whish I would have bought from them instead of WMF. Scott in service will take the time to ask you questions, and call you back. They helped me with a Tahoe warranty dispute. Excellent service year after year.

I can't say enough about about the guys at Pontoon Express. The part I needed was no longer made but they hunted one down and saved me thousands of dollars. I am new to the boating world, having bought our first boat the end of last year. After talking to a few places that sale and service boats. I decided to go with Pontoon Express. I diffidently made the right choice. Ron and Scott have been extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and fair with pricing.

Boat storage, parts, service and sales in DE. They were an Evinrude and Honda dealer. They now service/sell Yamaha and Suzuki outboard motors. Manitou pontoon boat dealer. Have boat trailers for sale also

With my first new Boat purchase out of state I was quite hesitant on where I would take it for service on the Delmarva peninsula. I heard great things about the staff at Pontoon Express. We had a wonderful experience with Pontoon Express and their owner Ron, as well as all his crew. We feel we got a wonderful deal on our tritoon, were kept informed of it's delivery date, and had an almost unbelievable delivery experience too. The people there are very knowledgeable about boats and trailers and would stop what they are doing to help with your questions. The person that gave us our sea trial, Dave, was filled with knowledge about our boat. In short, wonderful experience, great boat, great people. We highly recommend them. Bill

This is how Pontoon Express left my boat. Bought a new Manitou in 2019. No problems until 2021 when the trim/tilt started making a screeching noise. Ron (the owner) wrote a work order and sent out a tech. The tech greased the steering cable ( not the issue) and said it was fixed. The video shows something different. Pontoon Experss went radio silent( it's been 6 weeks now) motor is still under warranty. I contacted Manitou and they also went radio silent. Good luck buying from Pontoon Express. BUYER BEWARE!!! Scott the service manager said everything was working fine.

We bought our first boat here and are very happy with everything. Ron our salesman is a straight forward great guy. When we first picked the boat out it did not have a motor (shortage from covid) and like everything else there was no idea when we would get a motor. We put a deposit down while waiting on the motor and we were told we could cancel at any time if needed. We were kept updated as time went by. After a couple of months went by we got our motor and our boat was delivered to us about an hour away. We did have a small warranty issue that suzuki would not cover but Ron took care of us and reimbursed me for the repairs. Very happy with our 18ft manitou pontoon boat. Thanks to everyone at pontoon express!
