These guys are great. Went out of their way to help me when my car wouldn't start. Jumped it, got it back to the shop, fixed it, and back home that afternoon. So we've been in contact with this business for about a month now. Guy said "any time you want to drop it off, just call me beforehand". We already discussed the issue with the car, everything was good to go. Finally we call him up. Let him know we'll be dropping off the car in the morning. Suddenly he has no parking, suddenly a mechanic needs the exact sound the car is making.. so i tell him once again, its the rack and its leaking. To which he goes "oh you need to take it to a body shop". I guess he forgot hes a mechanic.
