We have been with bank for many years and have never had an issue. I actually called @2:30 a.m. and the person I talked to was an enormous help with my question. The rates have finally come back up and they are a 24/7 bank based in the United States of America. ?????

I have had a great experience thus far and highly reccomend this bank. I live in NC so I do everything on line. The customer service reps are wonderful and I have never waiting too long for a response. Very quick service.

My husband has been banking with discover since 2008 and never had a problem. He also has a Discover card for 37 years. The customer reps speak perfect English, very easy to understand. We love Discover.
