“I took my dog to their self wash area. Great experience! I highly recommend.The staff explained the area and gave me all the supplies I needed - bottles of shampoo and conditioner, ear cleaner and cotton balls, and four towels and even an apron for me. All I had to bring was a brush.The bath and wash area were very clean. There are two baths of different sizes to choose from. My 47lb dog was perfect in their large tub and was at a height that didn’t strain my back. The water temp was completely adjustable and had good flow.After bathing, there is a high volume dryer with a long flat nozzle hose using room temp air. (Think a vacuum blowing in reverse ?).Availability is first come, first served. I had no wait time in the middle of a weekday morning.All this for only $15 and well worth it! Will go back!”
“I have taken my children to Treetop Kitty Cafe a few times and have always had a positive experience! The woman who runs it is super friendly and the cats are fun to play with. It’s not expensive to go and there are fun, cat-related items available to buy.”

“Brought my dog there to get her nails cut. She’s usually very difficult for nail cutting, the last two times I took her somewhere else they had to stop before all the nails were cut because she was so upset. That didn’t happen with Erin at Pet Supplies Plus. She did a fantastic job and got all of my girl’s nails clipped and looking good. We will be going to her every time from now on.”

“Super helpful staff. My dog had an upset stomach and the vet recommended some food/diet supplements and modifications. I called concord pet and luckily the manager answered and helped me select some frozen chicken meal they have great success with along with a Probiotic powder to mix in. With a couple cans of organic pumpkin. They even offer a 10% military/law enforcement discount!Highly recommend”
“After losing my childhood dog I was certain I did not want another dog. I took my 5 and 12 year old girls into look at the puppies just look. Well I fell in love with one of the puppies and felt so strongly he was meant for our family. The women there were so kind and clearly love the animals and care for them as if they were their own. It was and continues to be an excellent experience as they provide the rest of his shots.”

“Staff is super helpful. I brought my cats in as I could not figure out harness that animal emotional support sent me. They sent me small dog instead of small cat. The staff fit proper harnesses & leashes to both my cats. My cats have never been upstairs. I need to find out how to train them to walk on the leashes. But the harnesses are on so I am halfway there.”

Still have a stray cat that caused a commotion outside the store doors, and when my husband and I decided to adopt him, the manager on duty came out with a bag of toys, treats, food and other supplies. Free of charge she said. This was over 10 years ago and I still think about it.”

“The staff was very friendly to us and our puppy, Cooper. My dog has a wood chewing problem which includes our fence and shed! The store clerk recommended a spray to deter and train him. He was knowledgeable about the product and explained the 100% return policy if it didn't work.”
“Huge variety , prices comparable, and it’s not easy to find a good selection of dogs to adopt other than the SPCA. They all seem to be in good health as I have adopted 2 over the years. The lack of 5 stars is only due to the price of the dogs . I don’t understand how an animal that isn’t a full breed so so costly.”
“I needed a large opening syringe to give oral liquid meds to my 150 lb Newfoundland, they were very friendly & helpful, great to my dog. The only downside to Pets mart is their prices can be beat at multiple other stores, but they have great amt of options in store”

“This was great for me and my dogs! The gentleman was very helpful and polite! They had a heated kennel as my one dog waited for me to finish with the other. It was a great help for them to have all the supplies and the right tools already there! I don't have to worry about clogged tubs or my sinks at my house anymore! The only downside is that I wish they more hours and are open more for later hours.”
