“I needed a suit, sport coat and other things when in town (I live elsewhere). I’d been wanting to visit the shop from prior visits to Wilmington. What I found was a great selection, good advice and a dryly humorous Leonard Simon, who obviously enjoyed ordering me around while trying his best to make sure the plethora of alterations I needed worked. Four days later everything was ready, the alterations were perfect, and I left happy with the quality of menswear, the service, the price, and the service. It’s been a Wilmington institution for 50 years, and now I know why.”
“I came in here looking for a tie for my husband for Father's Day - fantastic store!! They have all of the beachy preppy brands like vineyard vines, Lilly Pulitzer, Jack Rogers, etc. Great for gifts or shopping for yourself :) Great customer service too - all of the employees were very friendly and helpful without being on my back the entire time. Will definitely be back!”
“My wife and went into the Oakley store @ Christiana Mall. We were pleasantly addressed upon entering and immediately approached by a seemingly nice sales associate. He quickly found out what type of glasses we were looking for and gave us several options with technical info for them. He gave us time to look on our own, and was extremely helpful with the choices when it came to fit and specs. We had some laughs and felt the entire sales experience was awesome. I'm happy with my purchase.”
“DD’s has an excellent variety of outerwear and home goods for the whole family. The store is well-lit, with clothing for infants to adults. They sell sheets, comforters, pictures, and picture frames with kitchen goods and household products.”

“I've never been to Boot Barn before and its safe to say i'll be back very soon and often! The visual merchandising of the store is really nice. Theres plenty to choose from. So many cute pieces of womens clothing and accessories. The boot selection is amazing too. There is also a sale section so be sure to check that out.I snagged a full cowhide jacket for under $200 on clearance and got 50% off a pair of clearance jeans!!The fitting rooms are clean and spacious and have large mirrors.Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Holly helped me out and she was awesome. Would love if there was a location closer to baltimore!!”

“I enjoy shopping at South Moon Under! Aside from having a great variety of up-to-date clothing, the service is excellent!! I'd like to personally thank Patti Olsen from Christiana!!! I left my credit card there which actually fell on the floor when I thought I put it in my purse. Patti acted quickly when she found it, and thought enough to look me up in their computer where she was able to locate my phone number. Since I was already on my way home, not close by, she had it overnighted to me. She put a personal note inside the envelope which I thought was above and beyond! She showed me that she cared enough to make sure I got my card which made me feel that she's not just a sales clerk but a kind and caring person! This to me is excellent service!!!”
“Their perfume is over priced and the bottom floor is not organized at all. I was looking for some fashion jewelry and it was tossed on shelves and thrown around. I found yellow tag hoops cheap. Look around for what you want.”

“My son wanted me to leave a glowing review for Patti at Sephora who helped him to find the best scent for him. She was patient and went above and beyond making multiple trips to the back to find the right one. She taught him it was important to try it on himself if he liked the scent on the sample stick. He learned that one of his favorites didn't even smell on him. She showed him how different two people can be by spraying the same on his brother. It smelled completely different on him. Great customer service from Patti. She made his day.”

“I like to "peruse" if one can actually do that to a store like you would a book. It is more than just browsing it is looking for clothes, but doing so while trying to think of the styles the Gap had when i was much much younger. I remember thinking of how tough it must be for traditional retailers to compete with Amazon and other online marketplaces. It was nice to see it clean and well organized.”
“I don't often shop this location because I live closer to the Glen Eagle location but after a TERRIBLE experience at glen eagle I decided to shop Christiana. The store has a much better selection but more importantly the staff greeted me immediately and engaged with me during my whole shopping experience. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Kudos to the leadership team for hiring and development such a diverse and passionate team. I will definitely go out of my way to shop this location. Thank you!”

“I had the best experience today at Tilly’s. It was my first time there and I have spent the past two weeks attempting to shop for jeans at numerous places with no success or help from any of the employees but at Tilly’s, this employee Ashley went above and beyond to help me ! She was adamant about helping me find a pair of jeans that not only fit but made me feel good in! She continuously helped me and brought me numerous pairs of different styles and sizes to help me! I walked out with 2 pairs of nice jeans”

The selection of men’s and women’s clothing are huge, I wish there was a bigger selection of kids clothes. There was some nice things available for kids but only in 1 or 2 different sizes. Future- I would like to see more of the kids selection that’s available online in the stores. Store was also kept very well and clean.”

“I went to the men's fragrance counter to pick a birthday gift for a friend and when I say THE SERVICE I received from Sharon was impeccable I mean it was amazing! Unsure as to which fragrance I wanted. She went above and beyond to make sure I would be satisfied with what I brought. Nowadays the shopping experiences are just so BLAH most of the sales representatives are so cold and semi-rude. She was a breath of fresh air and Macy's should be proud to have her represent their company. If you are in the fragrance department and would like a great shopping experience ask for Sharon you won't be disappointed!”
