If you are getting married I highly recommend NOT using this location. It has been an awful experience. No expertise. No customer service. They ordered the wrong shirts, we had to pay extra to correct this. We had appointments for measurements, yet non of the suits fit. Which makes me wonder what was the point of measuring. They don’t have a tailor there so you have to go to a different location. I feel like I’m using my valuable time before my wedding day (in 3 days) to fix all of their mistakes. Don’t make this mistake: Use a different company!!!

Used them for a rental and this location did a fantastic job! Service was friendly, measurements were accurate, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my tux. The return experience I had yesterday was also great and you have to love the convenience of returning at any location.

I walked into the location and nobody greeted me for a good 10 minutes. I even took a moment to try on jackets and sports coats to see what I liked at the time. One person working there even looked at me twice and didn’t say a word. Yes, he was helping another customer but a simple “If you need assistance, let me know” would have suffice for me. As a African American man, I felt unwelcome and unwanted at this location.

Do not rent from these people. I have a wedding in 3 days and non of the suits fit. I tried calling weeks in advance trying to get the suits so we could see if they fit. They refused. Now we have to scramble to find suits for everyone. Disgusting.

Another 5-Star JA Banks experience!My suits did NOT travel well yesterday. Jackets arrived very wrinkled but the JA Banks team pressed out the jackets in less time then it took me to completely browse the store.Also got some promising advice regarding jacket folding techniques for travel packing.Thanks guys!!

This store is great and serves the purpose it was designed to. The woman that helped me was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She knew exactly what I needed and was able to get all of it for me. These places only work when they have great inventory and service, and this place has both. Would recommend to anyone trying to get some business threads in a hurry.

Stopped in here for Linen Suit for summer weddings and the store was extremely helpful with all aspects. Alteration happened quick and easy. All staff was friends and accommodating. Thank you!

Went in to grab ties for upcoming weddings that my son and myself were invited to. Jerome was spot on with all of his recommendations. He took the time to ask what suits we would be wearing and not only picked out ties but made solid recommendations on shirts and shoes. He truly knew what he was talking about.
