He will answer any questions, treat you fairly and honestly, goes to great lengths to stretch the budget without going over budget. Michael is a pleasure to work with. I walked into Indulgence Jewelers with two rings my late grandmother left for me, he created the perfect piece with her diamond and opal stones that I can wear every single day and think of her. Top to bottom, I had a phenomenal experience with Michael and Indulgence. Michael made himself readily available and said from day one he would make this special. He certainly did. From the initial meeting, to sending and sharing ideas, to finalizing the ring.. it was an easy process on my end. Highly recommend everything about the experience here! After speaking with a few other Jewelers and not being thrilled, I had a quick phone call and then dropped by the store.Michael and the whole staff are great. He listened closely to what I was looking for (budget, style) and matched exactly that. There was absolutely no pressure, and I never felt like he was trying to sell me or rush anything. Everyone there is so kind, and you can tell they're committed first and foremost to giving you a great experience. Will be recommending to all my friends and family.

When it comes to Indulgence Jewelers, there is nothing I can say but the most positive and unbelievably overwhelming response. When it came to putting together an engagement ring for both my partner and myself, I knew there was no one else to trust. When Michael gave me the engagement ring that I planned on giving to my fiancé, I had to turn my whole entire plans around because holding onto that ring for longer than 48 hours seemed unbelievably impossible. A ring that beautiful deserves to be given the second it reached my hands.
