Went there with my Wife today and the girls working were so polite and helpful. It was so nice to experience such amazing customer service. Sydney who greeted us and guided us was amazing and deserves a promotion.

The staff is RACIST. I'm an African American women I live near francescas and have been in the store a few times. I go in the store to get a dress for a baby shower and immediately had an uncomfortable feeling from one of the staff members. When they asked me if I needed help I even allowed them to keep my things I picked out up front. What finished it off when I was about to make a purchase simply looking at mask (respecting everyone's space) a random customer who was giving me dirty looks the entire time asked me to get away from her because we weren't 6 feet (we had a safe distance between us because I don't want to get covid either) anyone with eyes could see we were at a safe distance. But instead of respectfully correcting the situation the staff member told ME to move back further WHEN WE WERE AT A SAFE DISTANCE and I was trying to make a purchase!! Privilege at its finest !

This was my first time in this location, and BOY was I impressed! Not only did they have a huge selection of items, but they had many sales going on as well! I came in last minute for a necklace for a wedding I had, and Ashley was hands down, the NICEST and most helpful person I’ve ever encountered! She picked out so many options, put them all on me, and helped me get the best deal. She helped me pick out other goodies for myself as well. I will never go to another location, the personal attention can not be beat. Thank you Ashley for getting me so excited for the wedding and giving me options that I can use for my own wedding! You deserve a raise! I wish I could give more stars!

I love, love, love, this store!! They always have a good sale and the store is always organized and doesn't make you feel overwhelmed. The staff Is very polite and really helpful. They gave me great advice while trying on outfits. The jewelry is color coordinated and makes it easy as a customer to find what I'm looking for.

This is the loveliest store- the sales people are super helpful, clothes are inexpensive and really cute, returns are easy, and you can get a complete outfit in one stop (jewelry and shoes). I shop for myself and teen daughter! Great place!

I love Francesca's they have such cute clothes at a reasonable price. I know I will always walk out of there satisfied. The service is great. One time I went in I only have 15 minutes to pick something out and the employees all helped to put an outfit together. I highly recommend Francesca's to someone looking for adorable, comfy clothes!

I've been in this place a few times. I love the clothes, they are adorable and reasonably priced. However, I was completely turned off by the sales girls who are unfriendly and unhelpful. They treat you like you aren't good enough to be shopping in their store!
