Tried to make an appointment, sent to an operator I believe. She was uneducated, defensive, and not pleasant. She asked very general questions that I did not understand. Instead of clarifying, she was defensive and wanted to argue with me. She said I should speak with her manager, who never picked up. All I wanted to do was make an appointment for PT and Christiana Care could not make it happen. My experience with Phoenix on Miller Rd., so far, is the exact opposite.

This rehabilitation facility’s services are amazing, from the provider treating me (Cameron Hui) to the front desk assistant (Kathy Perez-Orengo).The patient approach is individualized, and all staff members show that they are vested in patient care, they are knowledgeable and warm.

Kathy at the front desk is the best. I don't know how she keeps it all going!PT Lorin has seen me through 2 new knees, chronically sore glutts, developing a core, and getting my aged shoulders moving again. I feel great!Lovely spot at the former Pelleport.

Cameron and the team at PMRI Rehab are wonderful! The have been able to quickly target my pain and provide exercises to relieve the pain and build the muscles around to support my progress. I highly recommend this location for all your PT needs.

Cameron and his intern, Britany, were amazing after my total hip replacement. I was walking pain free after just 8 PT sessions without even a cane!

Loren correctly pinpointed where my problem was and applied perfect amount of pressure to tight areas to loosen. And perfect exercises plus ice. Thank you!

Firstly I just want to say that I was happy with the Physical Therapist I saw. He had was very knowledge but it’s definitely a no frills kind of place meaning they offer no massage or pain relief just diagnosis and exercise. My biggest complaint was the bill. $600 for my first visit which was 30 mins. It is insane when therapists all over the city charge $150. I didn’t think to ask before my visit because they are in network with my insurance but I wont come close to meeting my deductible this year so need to oay it all out of pocket. You’ve been warned!
