Friendly, smiling staff doesn't make up for total lack of competence. The level of service is on par with the consistently garbage Chase customer experience (ask me about what its like to get an auto loan with them and I'd tell you I'd gladly cut off a finger before going through that again).After trying 4 times to open my business account online and getting "Unknown Error, We cannot process your request at this time" I decidded to make the frustrating trek to the branch to open an account the old fashioned way. After spending a full hour setting up the account, I return home with my temporary account login into thinking 'what a hassle, but at least it's done'.Then I get an odd email from Chase with my temp registration code (password), the email has the word spradically spread through it (a clear indication that their automated email service isn't working). The registration code doesn't work, so I have to call a human using the number the branch gave me in case I wasn't able to log in. I call that number and its a consumer debit card number. The specialsist explained it wasn't the right number but she generated a new password and helped me log in. Then I let her know I still haven't received my debit card and wanted to check on shipping status (which the branch told me should arrive by Friday). I asked her to ship a new card, she said the account is too new (5 days) and she could not issue a card.So back to the branch I went... After spending a nother 30mins explaing the experience and trying to figure out how to report the issues of the website, incorrect phone number, etc I was told they could not order my card and I'd have to come back AGAIN to have the branch manager fix my account.I should send Chase the bill for my hourly rate to compensate for all my time they've wasted. Spare yourself the hassle and choose a different bank.

It was my first time in here, it is beautiful inside. The employees I talked to were very nice and extremely helpful. They were easy to talk to and were very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to do business with them.
