As a new resident of Delaware, I scheduled an appointment at the Georgetown location. From introduction through completion, Jessa Cannon was professional, informative, knowledgeable of all banking services and MOST OF ALL, her personality provided warmth, comfort & reliability. I have been going to Georgetown branch for many years. Staff is always pleasant and greets you by your first name. The staff makes you feel like you are family.

I love this PNC I’ve been going here since I moved to Sussex about 7 years ago! I’ve since moved to Milford and I still travel to the Georgetown location because they are so great! Jessa is my go to girl, She is the best there is !!

I started with Pnc bank years ago and I am totally happy. I bank a lot online but whenever I have to go into the Georgetown branch, they address me by my name and are super Friendly and professional.

The lady with the fried red hair who is a manger, is bringing that branch down. The tellers were kind and professional. However I am dealing with my father's passing, and I would have thought I would have brought into a private office or at least into a corner. Instead I was left with the "greeter" in the middle of the bank to discuss matters. When getting a different answer than the one told to me when I called and visited another branch I asked for manager. I was told she was too busy and in a meeting. So I asked when is her meeting over, I have time. It was 15:53ish, and the greeter said she is scheduled to leave at 16:00. It was not 30 seconds later after an email was sent, she left/muted her "meeting" to take the time to come out and speak with me. She asked what do you need? When I started to explain the situation I got through one sentence, not a breath was inhaled before she stepped in and said well my associate told you don't have this paper so that's the law. What else do you need? When trying to explain what I was told elsewhere she raised her voice in the middle of the bank as if to dare me to escalate this any further. After this and the greeter parading my father's death certificate to the counter then to an office, and someone yelling across the bank that I have the death certificate. At this point I had to leave. I was embarrassed, and feel even worse about my father's passing. Not even knowing if my father's account was even locked or anything. They were the least helpful. This woman needs to go back to training on how to treat people in life. She is a vile and nasty person who has the customer service of a bear trap. This is being documented and will be referenced to corporate.

HORRIBLE! had an appointment. Went in early. Right after my sister said our parent didn't have SSN. My sister said if I would be able to help open her savings acct as her sibling, over 18 yrs old. The lady with her office closest to the entrance to the right went to go ask the manager. The manager said I could. Right after that my sister said I was in the parking lot. ALL OF A SUDDEN, there wasn't any time left to open an acct after she found out my parent didn't have SSN. The old lady proceeded to RESCHEDULE, said there were no afternoons available this week. After we said we were going to go to the Millsboro location she had the AUDACITY to say "hold on I'm trying to reschedule you". That time she was looking for another date could have been used to input my information for the savings acct. UNBELIEVABLE! Immediately left after that DISCRIMINATORY exchange and never going back.
