The staff member was rude in her tone when informing me that they did not have needles to do children’s bloodwork. There was no apology and her demeanor made it seem that it was our fault. We asked if when they would get the needles and she rolled her eyes and said, “We have no idea.”

employees are kind of rude could hear them talking about me while i was in the bathroom. not very professional. but pop off i guess.

The staff is disorganized, unprofessional, rude, and poorly trained. I wouldn’t go back to that facility if it was the only one in the state. Terrible. And it smells like something died in there.
