The side passenger window on our Honda Pilot got stuck in the lowered position. JJ ordered the parts necessary in advance of my appointment at their shop and replaced my defective window motor and assembly in one hour. I had a crack in my windshield that was too big to repair. I need to get my vehicle inspected and had to repair it. I called many places. My insurance deductible was 500$ so this would be out of pocket. I have recently been in the hospital for over a month and in a coma for 8 days. I am unable to walk without the aid of a walker so I was trying to avoid taking the car somewhere. After comparing prices (I am on a medical leave without pay) I chose J&J auto glass. The woman that answered the phone was very re-assuring that they could assist me in any way possible to accommodate my disability. I was very nervous but true to her word there was two men waiting for me when I arrived. They assisted me inside and did not hurry me which allowed me to walk as safely as possible. I believe they were the owners themselves (I have had difficulty remembering names since my coma). Everyone made sure I was comfortable and they actually had two people work on the windshield to decrease my wait time. Everyone was VERY respectful and caring. I was treated like I was the most special customer ever! The whole experience was excellent and the money that I saved was almost half of the cost other places charged. I must also add that my experience of being a woman and especially since I became disabled was unfortunately that most companies and especially men usually try to take advantage of me. This was the first time that the actual opposite was true! So ladies if you want a good deal and especially if you want to be treated with respect do not hesitate to go to J&J's autoglass!

I can't say enough about how amazing this business is! First off, their pricing is so much better than all of the others and the big name franchises. You do have to go to them but its so worth it with saving over $200 with them than you would with the others. They did amazing work, they were kind and generous. Second, they were accommodating. I was doing homeschool with my kids while we waited and they made sure to tell me to use the wifi as there isn't great signal in the building. Third, they gave me new wipers for free and that just made my entire day. Fourth, my kid asked if they have lollipops and they dug into their own stash for them, haha! I don't really take the time for reviews but they deserve the few minutes! Please give them a call, you won't regret it!

Problem occurred with another glass company and called J&J and windshield was in stock & they got my son & I in right away..so pleased! Explained everything to us and got us out so quickly. Would highly recommend..friendly, prompt, professional & reasonable!

Great experience 10/10. When I first called the girl who works at the front was very friendly and got me in so quick! The owner was a very nice gentleman who took the time to answer all my questions and went so far as to take pictures of my car to explain something to me. It also did not take long at all. J & J is my go-to for auto glass repair. My rear sliding window on my F-150 stuck open on a day it was supposed to rain. J & J looked at it right after I called in with my problem and in fact were waiting for me to arrive! They were able to temporary close my window and keep the weather from coming in. I got a great estimate for 2 options for fixing the issue permanently and am presently deciding which way to go. They are very honest and highly recommended!!!!

Me and my fiance brought our vehicle to the shop to fix our windshield and they did a wonderful job. I would suggest everyone or anyone to this shop to get anything done they need to their vehicle. We did not wait that long either. The employees are very nice and friendly. And they also have reasonable prices. They also fixed something that wasn't the plm and didn't charge.Service: Installation

Had my driver's door window replaced this morning. Unfortunately a rock busted out my window when mowing my lawn. I called them yesterday and they got me in first thing this morning!The owner did a great job and has a great personality! The rest of the staff were great as well! Also had the best price I could find around! They will definitely getting more of my business when needed. I will also be recommending them to anyone I know who needs window replacements!

I went to J&J Autoglass & mechanic on August 14th , I got my windshield done & they did absolutely amazing ! Wait time was about an Hour . If I could give 10 stars I would ! Coming from Dover this place had the best reviews, I'm glad I took the drive because it was worth it.
