The experience was ok, access was ok. My issue were the fact I had been using georgetown self storage for over 4 years now, and randomly start getting charged extra $$ that i never agreed to, for insurance. I didn't have enough in there to even want to insure it. Then when I send a message stating I didn't want the insurance I need proof that my homeowners insurance would cover it? Also, in 2019, when I signed up, I was paying $120 and now it's almost $100 more for absolutely no reason. It's a square box, no utilities, nothing changes, but the price. I have recently gotten a 12x28' shed and pay less monthly for that than something I will never own. It's pretty ridiculous. I see they built new units and many others have moved out, I assume the rent increase was pay for the new units and cover the cost of lost renters. That being said, the units are in good shape, easy access, no issues there. They just jack the price up alot yearly.
