Very disappointed. I did not except to be treated this way after I took my charger to this dealership to get the hood repainted due to corrosion then they cracked my windshield while my car was in their possession and didn’t tell me until I saw it. Now the dealership or body shop won’t take responsibility for it.

We had some issues before but this time it was crazy. Had corrosion on my charger, took it back to dealership to have it fixed. It took the body shop 3 times to paint it correctly. Very stressful process.

My daughter took her charger to get it repaint due to corrosion on the hood. When she went to picking it up the windshield was cracked, now neither the dealership or body shop want to take responsibility for the damage. We contacted Dodge headquarters but we haven’t heard from them

The overall job was done, for one hour work per service writer with appointment job took three hours and I was there 15 minutes early for the 8.30 service, the worst was the door was not alien correctly, and had to go back to service desk .and the tech corrected the problem

I had an Oil change appt for 10:30 a.m. I checked out at 12:15. Way too long for a QUICK oil change. I was not happy when I left. They said someone was on vacation. In that case, don’t overbook appointments!!!!!!
