About Flex World Fitness
Flex World Fitness is a warm and friendly gym with a terrific and helpful staff. The facility has doubled in size, offering plenty of equipment, lots of room to work out, and a good variety of machines. It features great trainers, lots of different types of classes, and is clean with a good drink selection. The gym is conveniently located and its prices are on par with others in the area. While sometimes busy, it is a very motivating place and is highly recommended for a good workout.

I'm in town for family visit. Flex World Fitness is located close so I wanted to check it out. It was a great experience and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Plenty of equipment and lots of room to work out. Looking forward to coming back again.
