Recently bought a used 2016 Corvette from First State Chevy. The entire process was handled in both an expedient and professional manner. Penuel, Cindy, and Blaine were all very helpful in addressing my questions and concerns. But need to give an extra "shout out" to Blaine for all the time and effort he put into this sale. If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle, I would recommend going over to First State Chevy and speaking with Blaine.

The worst attitude I have ever dealt with from a service department. I filed a complaint with Chevrolet Corporate. I called to inquire about a repair. They could not be bothered with me. Very rude and short with me. Told me they would call me but never even asked for my name or number. I asked around locally as I am new and other people said they will drive to MD before dealing with this dealership.

First State Chevrolet with Mr Penuel Barrett is the most kindest but professional business I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I was met by very knowledgeable staff from the team. I told him what I wanted and I was at no time pressured by him to look at any other vechile. From start to finish every question was answered and he got me the best deal. First State Chevy is a very clean and professional facility. Alan Hough my salesman met me with the utmost professional presentation. Listened to what I had to say at all times before talking and really made me feel like he truly cared. The whole staff was accommodating, pleasant & personable!
