“I discovered James’s Appliance Repair through Google. I have an old high end turntable which was not working. I emailed the manufacturer, Denon, and they have a list of repair firms, all out of state which meant I had to pay shipping costs before even getting an estimate of repairs. I decided to try James since he was within driving distance. I found James busy at work with appliances of every sort surrounding him. I left the turntable with him with an estimated turnaround time of a 2-3 weeks. He called me 2 weeks later to tell me the turntable was working fine and ready for pickup. The cost was very reasonable, well below what it would have cost me to ship the unit one way to one of the recommended out of state repair firms. I highly recommend and refer James and would most definitely use him in the future and any appliance repair needs.”
