Went in to try and sell a wedding band, which was brand new in the box with tags. She handed me my ring back with the tag ripped off and said “having the tag on makes it look stolen, by the way.” Damaging my ring so now it will hold less value when I try to sell it on marketplace or anything in the future. I can’t believe you’d handle someone else’s property so carelessly and rip off a tag. Extremely unprofessional

Charlie and Donna are awesome! Very attentive and do their best to help out the Georgetown community. Love their beautiful dog, Lucy as well when I visit/shop the store. Did a great job resetting my wedding band and provided a very detailed appraisal. Thanks!

From the first phone call to inquire, to picking up my jewelry after resizing, Charlie and Donna were nothing but an absolute pleasure to work and speak with! I felt my business was welcome despite having a diamond alternative center stone ring, as I’ve heard some jewelers can be judgmental of non diamond rings. Glad to have found Chardon.

Terrible jewelry store. Owners are rude. Do not expect repairs to be completed promptly. Do not expect returned calls. Stay away. Terrible.

The moment I stepped in the door I felt judged. There's an older lady who greets you when you walk in she is so sweet. And the guy who runs it you to fix all my stuff. But today there's was an older lady behind the counter and she was RUDE the moment we walked in. Won't be going back. EVER. Gave us low prices for gold like 200 less then a pawn shop offered us. Times are hard for alot of people don't be so quick to judge.
