Purchased a pre-owned 2018 Jeep Wrangler. Barry handled the transaction with no pressure and very friendly service. The Jeep is great! They even helped me out with new tires! Highly recommend!

One of my back windows was stuck in a lowered position, so I called the dealership to have it fixed. They weren't sure if they'd be able to fix the problem the same day, but they allowed me to drop my car off. They ended up calling me later to tell me they'd squeezed me in as they had the necessary part and the time, so I was able to come get my car by end of day. I can't emphasize enough how easy and convenient the whole process was - it was such a relief! Everyone I dealt with was so kind and helpful, especially Dale in the service department.

well it took almost 2 hours and I never received a receipt or acknowledgment that my vehicle was serviced. I was supposed to get an email and I never received it . Hopefully next time will be better.

Great customer service. Friendly and they listened to my concerns. Took care of the problems I noted and were honest about new issues that they found. Need to go back for a part that they didn't have in stock, no problem. I always use them for my service needs. Recommend them highly!

I searched through autotrader and found a very good condition and low miles Mini Cooper S for sale at this dealership. Since I live in Los Angeles area and the dealership is in Delaware, I requested more information regarding to the cooper as well as the possibility of shipping it out to where I live and finally had an agreement on the sale price. Due to the car is over 10 model years old, my pre-approval from my bank wouldn't work. I immediately let them know and they offered to try to get the financing through them. I gave them the necessary information and documents the dealership requested and they ran my credit for their lenders. I didn't hear back from them for a day and then I found out they sold the car to another buyer. This was such a bad experience working with this dealership, a dealership without business ethics, integrity and so unprofessional that this will be reported to Better Business Bureau and Attorney General of Delaware.
