After reading such great reviews, I stopped in here to ask about tires, and instantly was helped, tires ordered, appointment scheduled, and the service was awesome! Glad I found this place as a new resident!

Brought my car in a couple months ago- was in an accident and insurance said everything would be covered because the other driver was at fault. I was told it would be done by May 10th and took off work until then- and that the shop would call me when my car was completed. I called a few days before I was supposed to return to work and was told that my car had been finished- I was just never told. I was also told they weren’t charging me for storing my car there yet(but I didn’t even know my car was finished). They said there was a remainder that needed to be payed off so I contacted my insurance. I was told the shop ordered a piece that was significantly more expensive from a different supplier than they had agreed on without ever getting it approved (because the piece that was approved came damaged). They said they did this so that they wouldn’t need to wait for a new non damaged part to come in. My insurance wouldn’t cover it due to the fact that they weren’t told beforehand and because of how large the price difference was. As a 20 year old girl who got hit driving to work- then had to take off a month of work- being told with no notice that I had to spend almost $2000 out of pocket otherwise I wouldn’t be able to go back to work this whole situation was very frustrating. Going back and forth we were told “I just want to get paid for the job we did”- my insurance reached out asking if I could just pay for the labor + the cost of the pieces they bought them for instead of the up charge and they said no. Luckily I did have that money saved up otherwise I would have lost my job over something they chose to do with no prior discussion. I definitely don’t recommend coming here unless you’re willing to shell out an extra thousand or so with zero notice. Also- before I came to pick up my car we asked the price before we took out the money. Got a call a few hours later after we had taken out the money with a new higher price (they originally said we would only have to pay a few hundred more in multiple conversations of us double checking) that was almost $2000. On the way there we called to check that we took out the new (corrected amount) to yet again be told a higher price. We brought this up and were told that they forgot to include another check my insurance sent them- and told us another completely different price. 4 different prices in less than 2 days. I don’t typically like to bash places like this but the whole situation was extremely unprofessional and I do not recommend ever coming here- and if this happens to you just a heads up this is illegal (autobody shops are not allowed to add that much of an expense to an estimate with no communication or approval- you can search it up.)

They were nice... but they didn't fix my car, paid them but they didnt do anything they said they did. Will not have work done by them anymore.

James and Anna both were very professional.They both kept me informed and updated with my vehicle repairs. They were very honest and upfront. I am a very happy customer and was 100% satisfied with the services they provided me. My first time using this repair shop was for painting and they did and excellent job. Now they just completed collision repairs and I was highly impressed.
