I'm always missing packages at this post office . The tall skinny black guy is always rude and very unprofessional and lazy. He didn't really check my tracking number or thoroughly search. Although I showed him my email that it arrived there 8 day's ago. I'm now having it investigated. He never scanned anything!!!!

U won't believe wutt the post Master did to me he kept my mail closed my box after I paid for it won't give me my mail.i thought it's against the law to hold people mail....but it is Frederica. They do wutt they wont.thank mail man of Frederica Delaware. Thanks for holding back my mail now I can't pay my bills

I live about 2 minutes away therefore getting my stamps is a breeze . No lines and not to mention Miss Val is always nice ! The person who delivers my mail is amazing too !

Worse service I've had since I've lived here. Been here 40 years. Getting other people's mail. Not picking up my mail. Wonder how much of my mail is going somewhere else. Tried complaining but to jo avail.

There used to be a very pleasant and helpful lady that worked there. Now there is a hateful man who comes to the counter with an angry looking frown every single time. He won't speak to you even if you ask questions. He's completely rude and needs to find another job that doesn't involve people. We now drive farther to another town instead of doing business with him. He acts like that's what he wants.

I had packages delivered to the wrong address. I also use informed delivery. And the mail that was supposed to come didn't show up in the box until the next.

Absolute horrible customer service. I have been getting “slip” and “notices” and now physical writing all over multiple pieces of my mail with “please use PO BOX #***” after I’ve explained multiple times certain mail (very select), like the IRS, my bank statements and a very few other things CAN NOT be sent to a PO Box!!! When I go online to make purchases or have my bills sent it will not accept a PO BOX … and it won’t accept the number of my P.O. BOX in the second address line because it will then say “Address not found” … I’ve tried to use my P.O. BOX number on whatever I can but legal mail can not be sent with additional numbering unless my place was an apartment or building number. It’s really upsetting that I have been missing important mail and when I addressed their aggression with labeling my mail must have the PO BOX # for delivery of mail (or I won’t get my mail) I was basically told to have a nice day… I’ve never lived somewhere that doesn’t have mailboxes and mail delivery to your home so this is all new to me but if u can’t use my P.O. Box for certain things , I have to directly go to the buildings I need to receive things from to pick up notices, bills, court things ect. In person and that’s just not right.

My father sent me 2 little parts for an RC car and they never made it. I received the envelope with a big rip in it. It looked like an animal got ahold of it. So I'm out around $30.00, thanks USPS!!

I have used this post office probably 4-5 times and every time I’ve had a great experience. The people are very friendly, professional and they explain things to you if you ask a question. Also....it’s very clean! My experiences have been very good ones. As compared to other postal offices I have used....it is it’s much better here!

Staff is always misplacing packages. Had to go back and forth for hours to find packages that clearly say delivered on the USPS website. Just bad business!
