AAA has sent Rich from Grays Towing three times to my home over the past several years. Each time, Rich approached the task with great enthusiasm and know how, offering an assessment with confidence and resolving the issue quickly. But tonights assistance really was amazing. Big shout out to my driver Chris. I have only great things to say about the service I received.
Had my car cut out on me during a road trip through Delaware this weekend. All the repair shops were closed because it late Friday night so we towed it my parents house nearby. He kindly scheduled to come back the following morning early to pick it up and take it all the way out to Annapolis for me since I was going to need to be nearby there in a few days time. He handled the dealer handoff for me since I didn't ride with him out there.
Chris was always in touch with an eta, timely, super kind, an excellent operator, and handled my car with care. He turned a stressful situation into an easy to navigate minor hiccup. I would recommend their service without hesitation to anyone.

Ritchie came and changed out a dead battery, looked at 4 tires, taught mom how to use her autostart all in less than 30 minutes! Friendly and VERY helpful and obviously quite competent. Very happy customer here!

I called AAA Gray’s was dispatched at 730 pm at 930 pm the company still was a no show. The company did not cancel with AAA OR ME. I RECOMMEND AAA SHOP NUMBER MDE18 Pines towing and recovery.

Thank you to Rick for coming out and helping me get the keys out of my locked car in 20 degree weather and snow. Although this company stated it was closed on Saturday, they were the only one to answer the phone. Prices are very reasonable. Thanks again!
